VIDEO BY JANET CHASSE/THE SUN 9/2/07 A severe thunderstorm ripped through Yuma Sunday, starting around midnight . Drivers struggled through flooded streets as power went out throughout town. Hail fell near Arizona Avenue by The Sun's offices.
