Benjamin Martinez, 48, of Yuma, was charged in Yuma Justice Court before Justice of the Peace Gregory Stewart with one count of committing a hoax for threatening to blow up Mountain Health and Fitness Clinic, 290 S. 1st Ave., on Friday.
Three suspects who Yuma police say were involved in a gang-related shooting incident Tuesday evening appeared in court Wednesday. Marlee Cahoe, 19, Adrian Covarrubias, 18, and Gabriel Lugo, 19, appeared before Judge Gregory S. Stewart.
