Tony Grimes was charged with one count of aggravated robbery and one count of burglary in relation to an alleged robbery in a dorm at Arizona Western College.

Nestor Alaniz, the alleged getaway driver the Wells Fargo bank robbery last week, was charged with one count of hindering prosecution. Alaniz' brother, Jesus, stated that Nestor was, "not supposed to pick me up," and was not involved.

Tyre Hendrix, 21, who was arraigned before Somerton Justice of the Peace Jorge Lozano, was charged with three counts of attempted second-degree murder, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of drive-by shooting.

Regina Maria Garcia was charged with one felony count of hindering prosecution Thursday for the help she gave murder suspect Jonathon Roger Ochoa, who had been wanted in the April 18 bludgeoning death of 33-year-old Kendal Smith.
