According to Yuma Police, two suspects entered the back area of the Crossing Restaurant on 4th Avenue in the early hours of Tuesday morning, taking an undisclosed amount of food. Call Det. Sinz at (928) 373-4670 or 78-CRIME to remain anonymous.
Richard Carbajal made his initial appearance in court Thursday (12-23-10) in connection with burglaries at local businesses. An officer involved in the arrest accidentally shot another officer in the foot when police say Carbajal resisted arrest.
Lee Shaw is charged in Yuma Justice Court Thursday with one count of second degree burglary after an investigation by the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.
