Three suspects who Yuma police say were involved in a gang-related shooting incident Tuesday evening appeared in court Wednesday. Marlee Cahoe, 19, Adrian Covarrubias, 18, and Gabriel Lugo, 19, appeared before Judge Gregory S. Stewart.

Miguel 'Capone' Rodriguez was charged with six felonies, including one count of attempted first-degree murder. He is being held on a $500,000 cash-only bond at the Yuma County Detention Center.

Misty Ann Martinez was charged with two counts of assisting a criminal street gang and one count of hindering prosecution. Martinez is being held on a $500,000 bond at the Yuma County Detention Center.

Tyre Hendrix, 21, who was arraigned before Somerton Justice of the Peace Jorge Lozano, was charged with three counts of attempted second-degree murder, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of drive-by shooting.

Five Somerton men accused of robbing a man at gunpoint in Yuma last week were arraigned Monday on two felony charges each, armed robbery and assisting a criminal street gang.
