Three suspects who Yuma police say were involved in a gang-related shooting incident Tuesday evening appeared in court Wednesday. Marlee Cahoe, 19, Adrian Covarrubias, 18, and Gabriel Lugo, 19, appeared before Judge Gregory S. Stewart.

Tyre Hendrix, 21, who was arraigned before Somerton Justice of the Peace Jorge Lozano, was charged with three counts of attempted second-degree murder, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of drive-by shooting.

Dylan Escalanti made his initial appearance in court Thursday,held on five charges in connection to an attack that left a victim with multiple fractures to her skull, neck and hand after allegedly being beaten with a frying pan.
