Twentynine-year-old Victor Noriega has been charged with charged with first-degree murder, four counts of aggravated assault and one count of child abuse in the death of his girlfriend's 21-month-old daughter, Danielle Martinez.
Tyre Hendrix, 21, who was arraigned before Somerton Justice of the Peace Jorge Lozano, was charged with three counts of attempted second-degree murder, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of drive-by shooting.
