The Wilcox Cowboys fell to the Yuma Catholic Shamrocks 8-47 in the first round of the AIA Division V state playoffs at Ricky Gwynn Field.

A little bit of the wet stuff didn't stop the Shamrocks Friday night as they won 49-0 over San Manuel in a Div. V first-round playoff game. Fans fought umbrellas while coaches and cheerleaders donned garbage bags and rain panchos to fight off rain.
