50,000 words. One month. Observed every November, National Novel Writing Month is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to novel writing! Participants begin writing on Nov. 1. The goal is to write a 50,000 word, (approximately 175 page) novel by 11:59:59, Nov. 30.

Need a place to write? Bring your preferred writing tools to the Main or Foothills Library and work on your novel surrounded by other local writers.

Main Library ● Saturday, Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 ● 11 a.m.-noon

Foothills Library ● Wednesday, Nov. 6, 13, 20 ● 4 to 5 p.m.

This program is free and open to the public.
