Four people including an 8-month old male infant were injured early Thursday evening in Yuma following a two-vehicle rollover collision.

According to information provided by the Yuma Police Department, the crash happened at approximately 6:55 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Arizona Avenue.

When officers arrived on scene they found that a copper-colored  2017 Chevy Equinox had been backing out of a driveway when it was struck by a gray 2007 Ford F-150 pickup truck that was traveling north bound on Arizona Avenue.

The impact caused the Chevy Equinox to spin and roll over onto its roof, trapping the 80-year-old driver inside.

Once safely removed from the vehicle, the driver of the Equinox was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries. A 25-year-old female driver, an 18-year-old female passenger, and an 8-month-old male from the gray F-150 were transported to YRMC with minor injuries.
